In order to promote the business development of the company and strengthen inter-departmental linkage to facilitate timely discussions and solutions to problems in the company’s development. On July 18, 2020, the annual mid-year business meeting was held in the training room on the fourth floor of the Shanghai Huijue headquarters building.

The company’s chairman Han Feng, general manager Wu Xiaofang and other management attended the meeting. Through this business meeting, we hope to create a harmonious and smooth internal communication mechanism and a good working atmosphere to promote the development of the company.

The meeting mainly summarized the work results in the first half of the year, planned the key work to be done in the second half of the year, solved some existing difficult problems, and strengthened teamwork to promote the company’s sustainable development.
At 9 o’clock in the morning, the meeting was officially launched, and the leaders of the marketing center made a summary report on the work of the department in the past six months.
Deputy General Manager Xu Feng Xu summarized the work of the marketing center and clearly put forward his opinions on promoting the company’s sustainable development.  After that, Mr. Han Weifeng, deputy general manager of the customer service department of the group, Mr. Han gave a report on the situation of the group and the finalists. Liao Jinhua, the director of the operation department, and the director of the foreign trade department gave a brief report on the situation of the department.

Next, Huang Houhai, director of the military network business department gave a concise report on the situation of each business department, summarized the implementation of key tasks, and gave a detailed account of the department operation and team building plan in the second half of the year .

After a short break, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, the leaders of the various departments of the manufacturing center system made a report, reviewing the work results of the first half of the year, and look forward to the work deployment in the second half of the year.

The meeting closely focused on the strategic theme of “Improving, breakthrough, development, and win-win”, which analyzed the company’s current situation, and clearly put forward the overall requirements and key tasks for the following work. After listening to the reports and speeches of the leaders of various departments, the company’s general manager Wu Xiaofang and the chairman of the board Han Feng gave answers to questions and summary speeches respectively.
