Product Overview

The Model HJ-GF-KJW-12C is a 12-Fiber Metal Distribution Box made of galvanized steel sheet, adopting a splice-and-distribution-separated integrated structure, and is a dedicated indoor stairwell fiber distribution device for carriers such as China Unicom and China Broadcasting Network, integrating cable splicing, optical splitting, and line protection functions. The enclosure is made of 1.0-1.2mm thickened galvanized steel sheet, offering rust and corrosion resistance, with a sealing structure achieving IP55 dust and water resistance, suitable for dry indoor environments in stairwells. It is equipped with 1-inlet, 1-outlet cable channels, accommodating 1 to 2 Φ8-12mm trunk cables, and terminates up to 12 drop cables or pigtails. Internally, it features a left-right zoned bracket housing a single 12-fiber splice tray, along with cable fixing components and heat-shrink fiber protection sleeves, and can be fully equipped with 12 SC/FC fiber adapters, while also supporting installation of 1:4 and 1:8 box-type splitters. The enclosure comes with a mechanical lock for anti-theft protection, and the panel can be printed with custom logos such as China Unicom or China Broadcasting Network. Sturdy for wall mounting with clear cabling zoning, it is suitable for carrier premises-entry splitting distribution projects in low-rise communities.
