16 Core Metal Splitter Box C

Product Overview

The Model HJ-GFS-KJW-16C is a sheet metal splitter box with a splice-and-distribution-separated integrated structure, dedicated to small and medium-sized communities for carriers such as China Unicom and China Broadcasting Network, integrating cable splicing, optical splitting, and cable protection functions. The enclosure is made of 0.8-1.2mm galvanized steel sheet, with an optional stainless steel version, offering rust and impact resistance, with a sealing structure achieving IP55 dust and water resistance, suitable for stairwell and outdoor utility pole environments. It can accommodate 1 to 2 Φ8-15mm trunk cables. Internally, the flip-open bracket reserves 2 insertable splitter slots compatible with 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 SC insertable splitters, along with one 12-fiber splice tray, cable fixing components, and heat-shrink fiber protection sleeves, meeting the distribution needs of 16 households. The enclosure features a hinged flip-open cover structure with an optional mechanical lock for anti-theft protection, and internally includes fiber parking positions and a cable-pulling device for organized cabling storage. It supports both wall-mounted and pole-mounted installation, and the panel can be printed with carrier logos and customer service hotlines, making it suitable for centralized splitting scenarios in multi-story communities.
