Product Overview

The HJ-GFS-KJW-32C is a splice-and-distribution-separated metal splitter box designed for large-community FTTH projects for carriers such as China Broadcasting Network and China Unicom, integrating cable splicing, splitter distribution, and cable protection functions. The enclosure is made of 0.8-1.2mm galvanized sheet metal, with an optional stainless steel version, with a sealing structure achieving IP55 dust and water resistance, and can accommodate 1 to 2 Φ8-15mm trunk cables. Internally, the flip-open bracket reserves 4 insertable splitter slots compatible with 1:4/1:8/1:16/1:32 SC insertable splitters, along with 2 12-fiber splice trays, cable fixing components, and heat-shrink sleeves, meeting the distribution needs of up to 32 households. The hinged flip-open cover comes with an optional mechanical lock for anti-theft protection, and internally includes fiber parking positions and a cable-pulling device for organized cabling storage. The enclosure supports printing of carrier logos and customer service hotlines, making it suitable for centralized splitting scenarios in high-rise communities.
