Product Overview

The 24-Fiber SMC Distribution Box (Model HJ-GF-KCW-24B) adopts a splice-and-distribution-separated integrated structure and is an outdoor distribution device for FTTH fiber-to-the-home, integrating cable splicing, fiber distribution, and line protection functions. The enclosure is molded from SMC composite material, offering high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, high/low-temperature resistance, and UV-aging resistance, with a sealing structure achieving IP55 dust and water resistance, suitable for complex outdoor environments. It is equipped with 2-inlet, 2-outlet cable channels, accommodating 1 to 2 Φ8-12mm trunk cables, and terminates up to 24 drop cables or pigtails. Internally, it houses two independent 12-fiber splice trays, along with cable fixing brackets and fiber protection sleeves, and can be installed with up to 24 SC/FC fiber adapters. The enclosure features a hinged flip-open door structure with an optional mechanical lock for anti-theft protection, supports both wall-mounted and pole-mounted installation, and offers organized cabling zoning with ample slack fiber storage space, making it widely used for outdoor splitting distribution in small and medium-sized communities.
