Product Overview

The 24-Fiber Plastic Distribution Box (Model HJ-GF-KSW-24D) adopts a splice-and-distribution-separated integrated structure and is a general-purpose distribution device for FTTH fiber-to-the-home. The enclosure is injection-molded as a single piece from PC+ABS composite plastic, offering UV and aging resistance, with a sealing structure achieving IP55 dust and water resistance, suitable for various damp, dusty environments in stairwells and outdoors. It is configured with 2-inlet, 2-outlet cable ports, accommodating 1 to 2 Φ8-12mm trunk cables, and terminates up to 24 drop cables or pigtails. Internally, it houses two independent 12-fiber splice trays, along with cable fixing components and fiber protection sleeves, supporting installation of up to 24 SC/FC adapters. The enclosure features a hinged flip-open cover structure with an optional mechanical lock for anti-theft protection, clear internal cabling zoning, and ample space for slack fiber storage, making it suitable for centralized splitting in multi-story residential communities and outdoor stairwells.
