Product Overview

The 24-Fiber SMC Distribution Box (Model HJ-GF-KCW-24B) adopts a splice-and-distribution-separated integrated structure and is a dedicated outdoor fiber distribution device for small and medium-sized FTTH communities, integrating cable splicing, fiber termination, and line protection functions. The enclosure is molded as a single piece from SMC composite material, offering high mechanical strength, acid/alkali corrosion resistance, and UV-aging resistance, with a sealing structure achieving IP55 dust and water resistance for long-term adaptation to damp, dusty environments such as stairwells and outdoor utility poles. It is equipped with standard 2-inlet, 2-outlet cable channels, accommodating 1 to 2 Φ8-12mm trunk cables, and terminates up to 24 drop cables or pigtails. Internally, it houses two independent 12-fiber splice trays, along with cable fixing brackets and heat-shrink fiber protection sleeves, and can be fully equipped with 24 SC/FC fiber adapters for line termination. The enclosure features a hinged flip-open door structure with a spacious internal operating area, an optional mechanical lock for anti-theft protection, and comes standard with installation accessories supporting both wall-mounted and pole-mounted installation. With clear cabling zoning and ample slack fiber storage space, it is widely used for centralized fiber distribution projects in multi-story residential communities.
