Product Overview

The 32-Fiber SMC Splitter Box (Model HJ-GFS-KCW-32B) adopts a splice-and-distribution-separated integrated structure and is a high-capacity outdoor splitting distribution device for FTTH fiber-to-the-home, combining cable splicing, optical splitting, and line protection in one unit. The enclosure is molded from SMC composite material, offering high mechanical strength, acid/alkali corrosion resistance, and UV-aging resistance, with a sealing structure achieving IP55 dust and water resistance for long-term adaptation to damp, dusty environments in stairwells and outdoors. It is equipped with 2-inlet, 2-outlet cable channels, accommodating 2 Φ8-15mm trunk cables. Internally, it reserves 4 insertable splitter slots compatible with 1:4, 1:8, 1:16, and 1:32 split ratios, along with two independent 12-fiber splice trays, cable fixing brackets, and fiber protection sleeves, meeting the distribution needs of 32 premises-entry drop cables. The enclosure features a hinged flip-open door structure for convenient insertion and removal of splitter cards, with an optional mechanical lock for anti-theft protection, clear internal cabling zoning, and ample slack fiber storage space, making it suitable for centralized splitting distribution in high-rise communities.
