This 48-Fiber Plastic Distribution Box adopts a splice-and-distribution-separated integrated structure and is a dedicated distribution device for FTTH fiber-to-the-home projects, combining cable splicing, fiber distribution, and line protection functions in one unit. The enclosure is injection-molded from high-strength PC+ABS composite plastic, offering weather and aging resistance, with a sealing structure achieving IP55 dust and water resistance to withstand outdoor rain and dust erosion. It is configured with 2 inlet and 2 outlet cable channels, accommodating 2 to 4 Φ8-12mm trunk cables, and terminates up to 48 drop cables or pigtails. Internally, it is equipped with 4 independent 12-fiber splice trays, along with cable fixing brackets and fiber protection sleeves, and can be installed with up to 48 SC/FC fiber adapters. The enclosure features a hinged flip-open door structure with ample operating space, an optional mechanical lock for anti-theft protection, and an organized structure that facilitates slack fiber storage and splicing/termination work. It is widely used for wall-mounted distribution in stairwells and community exterior walls.
