Battery Thermostat Box

Product Overview

The thermostatic box features a six-sided insulation layer design, with the panel material and combined structure achieving an overall heat transfer coefficient of no more than 0.3W/(m²·K), working together with phase-change material modules to achieve long-term passive automatic temperature control. Under conditions of 35°C external ambient temperature and no internal heat source, the internal temperature rise does not exceed 5°C within 6 hours. It adopts a shelter-type structure with a door that can be easily opened or removed, supporting online maintenance. Equipped with a hydrogen exhaust device, it meets the safety requirements of GB/T19638.2-2005, with a protection rating of IP45 and non-combustible enclosure material. It features a remote monitoring port for high-temperature fault and fire alarms, as well as interlocking with equipment room air conditioning.
