Triple Material Structure
Combination of cross-linked polyolefin heat-shrink tube, hot-melt tube, and 304 stainless steel pin provides all-around protection
The heat-shrink splice protection sleeve is available in single-core or 12-core versions and consists of a cross-linked polyolefin heat-shrink tube, a hot-melt tube, and a reinforcing 304 stainless steel pin. It is used to protect the splice point where optical fibers are joined in fiber optic networks. Before shrinking, the transparent outer layer allows inspection of whether the fiber splice is correctly aligned, enabling simple and safe fiber assembly with protection. After shrinking, it preserves the fiber's optical transmission characteristics and provides strength and protection at the splice point, with a sealed structure that ensures long-term reliability. The product delivers stable and reliable performance and is widely used in communication network construction, operation, and maintenance.
Combination of cross-linked polyolefin heat-shrink tube, hot-melt tube, and 304 stainless steel pin provides all-around protection
The outer layer is transparent before shrinking, allowing inspection of correct fiber splicing and ensuring installation quality
Does not alter the fiber's optical transmission characteristics after shrinking, ensuring signal quality
Sealed structural design provides long-term reliable strength and environmental protection for the fiber splice point
