Product Overview

The HJ ZXJ-U2 U-shaped steel tray uses U-shaped cold-rolled steel as the main girder, paired with evenly spaced cross-bars assembled with modular bolts, covering single-tier and double-tier structures in all mainstream equipment room widths from 300 to 800mm. Three corrosion-resistant options are offered for different environments: heavy-duty hot-dip galvanizing for outdoor salt-spray and humid environments, economical electro-galvanizing for standard indoor use, and electrostatic powder coating for a tidy equipment room appearance. Cross-bars are fixed at a uniform 250mm interval, with 2 main girders and 4 cross-bars per meter for the single-tier version, while the double-tier version doubles the girders and cross-bars and adds spacer columns ≥250mm in height, allowing fiber and power cables to be laid in separate tiers to reduce electromagnetic interference. The complete set includes standardized accessories such as hanger rods, floor supports, and grounding fasteners. The open, perforated structure provides good ventilation and heat dissipation with clearly visible cable routing. The modular design supports on-site cutting and assembly without welding, making installation and later inspection and cable expansion convenient. It is widely used for centralized cable organization in communication equipment rooms, data centers, and base stations both indoors and outdoors.
