Product Overview

The HJ ZXJ-U1 series U-shaped steel cable rack uses U-shaped cold-rolled steel plate as the main girder, paired with evenly spaced cross-bars assembled with modular bolts. The product line covers single-tier and double-tier types, with four common equipment room widths of 300, 400, 600, and 800mm. Three surface treatments are offered for different environments: salt-spray-resistant hot-dip galvanizing for outdoor, humid, corrosive conditions, cost-effective electro-galvanizing for standard indoor equipment rooms, and electrostatic powder coating where equipment room appearance matters. Cross-bars are fixed at a uniform 250mm interval, with 2 main girders and 4 cross-bars per meter for the single-tier version, while the double-tier version doubles the number of girders and cross-bars and adds spacer columns ≥250mm in height, enabling tiered separation of power and low-voltage cables to reduce electromagnetic interference. The complete product includes ceiling hanger rods, floor supports, grounding fasteners, and various adapter installation accessories. The open, perforated structure offers good heat dissipation with clear, visible cable routing for easy maintenance. The modular structure supports on-site cutting and assembly without welding, making installation and later cable expansion and modification very convenient. It is widely used for organized cable storage in communication equipment rooms, data centers, and outdoor base stations.
