Product Overview

The HJ ZXJ-L3 series aluminum alloy cable rack is machined from 31×45 industrial aluminum alloy profile, available in single-tier and double-tier structures, with four common equipment room widths from 300 to 800mm, and cross-bars fixed to the main girder at a standard 250mm interval. The product has stable span load-bearing capacity: over a 1.5-meter span, a 150kg load produces only 5mm of deformation, and a 195kg load keeps deformation within 7mm. It comes with a complete standardized installation kit — the single-tier configuration includes main girders, cross-bars, ceiling hanger rods, and floor supports, while the double-tier version additionally includes spacer columns ≥250mm in height to separate fiber and power cables into different tiers, reducing signal interference. The overall open, perforated structure provides good heat dissipation with clearly visible cable layout. The modular assembly requires no welding and can be cut and assembled on site, suitable for organizing fiber, network, and power cables in various indoor communication equipment rooms and data centers. Specifications can also be customized according to equipment room cabling drawings.
