Product Overview

The HJ ZXJ-B flat steel cable rack is formed by riveted assembly of Q23 flat steel, with cross-bars evenly spaced at 250mm intervals. It is available in single-tier and double-tier structures, with four standard widths of 300/400/600/800mm, and offers three surface corrosion-resistant treatments: hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, and electrostatic powder coating. Hot-dip galvanizing is suited to highly corrosive outdoor environments, while electro-galvanizing and powder coating are suited to indoor equipment rooms. The product comes with a full set of installation accessories including main girders, cross-bars, hangers, floor supports, fasteners, and double-tier spacer columns, and supports both ceiling-suspended and floor-standing installation methods. It is mainly used in communication equipment rooms and base stations to organize and store backbone fiber cables, drop cables, network cables, and power cables. The double-tier version can separate fiber and high-voltage power cables into different tiers to reduce electromagnetic interference, and the overall open, permeable structure facilitates daily line inspection, fault diagnosis, and later cable expansion and modification by maintenance staff.
