Product Overview

The HJ ZXJ-L2 cable tray is made from 50×50 thickened aluminum alloy profile, available in single-tier and double-tier versions, covering four common equipment room widths from 300 to 800mm, with cross-bars uniformly mounted on the main girder at 250mm intervals. The overall structure has strong load-bearing capacity, supporting up to 300kg of cable per meter. The product comes with a complete standardized installation kit — the single-tier configuration includes main girders, cross-bars, ceiling hanger rods, and floor supports, while the double-tier version additionally includes tiered spacer columns to allow fiber and power cables to be arranged in separate zones. It is suitable for various cable types in communication equipment rooms and data centers. The open, perforated layout provides good heat dissipation with clearly visible cable routing, and the modular assembly requires no welding, allowing simple on-site cutting and assembly for convenient later line maintenance and expansion.
