Product Overview

The U-series network tray is an open metal mesh cable tray formed by one-piece welding of U-shaped steel wire, featuring an open, perforated structure that is light in weight while offering strong load-bearing capacity. There is no need for pre-fabricated irregular fittings — 90° bends, tees, and crosses can be cut and bent directly on site, greatly shortening the installation period. It comes with a full set of standardized installation accessories, supporting both ceiling suspension and wall bracket mounting, and includes dedicated grounding components to ensure electrical safety. Materials and surface treatments are available at multiple grades: electro-galvanized/powder-coated carbon steel for indoor use, and hot-dip galvanized carbon steel or 304/316 stainless steel for highly corrosive outdoor environments, suitable for a wide temperature range of -40°C to +65°C. It is mainly used in medium and large communication equipment rooms, data centers, and office building low-voltage systems for laying network cables, fiber optics, and low-voltage power cables, facilitating later line maintenance and expansion.
