Product Overview

The HJ ZXJ-L series aluminum alloy equipment room cable rack uses 31×45 aluminum alloy profile as the main material, available in single-tier and double-tier structures, covering four common widths from 300 to 800mm. The profile is available in multiple thicknesses from 4.3mm to 6.0mm to accommodate different cable load requirements, with cross-bars evenly fixed to the main girder at 250mm intervals. The product comes with a complete standardized installation kit, including main girders, cross-bars, ceiling hanger rods, floor supports, grounding fasteners, and dedicated tiered spacer columns for the double-tier version. It can be installed via top suspension or floor-standing methods, with an overall open, permeable structure, and is used specifically in indoor communication equipment rooms and data centers to organize fiber, network, and power cables. The double-tier version can separate power and low-voltage cables into different tiers to reduce signal interference, and the modular assembly structure supports on-site cutting and assembly, facilitating later line inspection, fault diagnosis, and expansion and modification.
